Wonderful service from start to finish! From the first referral Derek’s communication was excellent and I gained confidence about his company before I even met him. When he and his colleague arrived to look at my jammed bi-fold door they were so careful and systematic in their approach that I knew they would be able to help… and they did. They created no mess and before leaving left me some really useful tips on how to avoid a repeat of the problem. They are definitely in my book of reliable tradespeople and I would not hesitate to make Derek my first port of call for any issue with our windows and doors. Give them a ring…. You won’t regret it.

Excellent service from Derek & Tony, kept me informed all the way along including an estimated arrival time which was very efficient. Arrived bang on time & job done quickly. Also did a job for my mum on the same day & she was suitably pleased. Really does make a difference when tradesmen do what they say & on time without chasing. Highly recommended. Absolutely brilliant ! Came within an hour of calling, he knew straight away what was wrong with my lock and repaired it ! I was worried I would need a complete new UPVC door but Derek has saved me a fortune. I’m so happy I called him, I would recommend him all day long.
